100 Happy Days, Happiness is a Journey not a Destination.

I recently completed the 100 happy days challenge on my Instagram account and have been reflecting since on what I learnt through the process. The principle is that you make an effort to pick on particular aspect of your day that makes you happy, each and every day for 100 days and then share the moment on social media, although not compulsory, you could keep a diary instead. The Big Sleuth, We’re going on a Bear Hunt

On a Sunday morning, fuelled by breakfast at our favourite Boston Tea Party, we set off on our bear hunt. The Big Sleuth launched in Birmingham in July and is a collection of 100 model bears spread throughout the city and surrounding areas. The Big Sleuth trail aims to raise money for Birmingham Children’s Hospital through sales of the map and app of the trail and then by autctionning off the bears when the trail closes in September. Each bear is individually decorated by a local artist and has a plaque explaining the theme and background to the design.  You…

Boston Tea Party has been our family go to place for breakfast for the last few years, it’s been a bit of a tradition for birthdays and special occasions. We’ve been to the Birmingham, Harborne, Worcester and Stratford Upon Avon cafes before and have always found a great relaxed atmosphere with delicious food. Bostik Bloggers July Creations

We are excited to have the opportunity to be involved in the #bostikblogger challenge. Mini loves making and doing crafts so this sounded like a great fit for us. For the Bostik Blogger challenge we were sent a surprise box of craft materials from Bostik and Merrily Arts and Crafts and asked to make something with a nature theme. Junior Bakes Subscription Box Review – June 

Do you like the idea of baking with children but aren’t sure where to start or which recipes would be suitable? We have been using Junior Bakes Boxes for a few months and have loved them. Each Junior Bakes box contains a little chefs hat, a bright and clear instruction card and recipe and all the dry ingredients you need, pre-weighed out and labelled.
