Perrygrove Steam Railway Adventures in The Forest of Dean

We recently spent the weekend away in The Forest of Dean. Having looked for local attractions to visit we stumbled upon Perrygrove Steam Railway. We were staying at Whitemead Forest Holiday Park, which was only ten minutes away from Perrygrove. We were making the most of Nanny and Grandad’s motorhome before the arrival of baby Mack. We’ve been lucky to have a few adventures in the motorhome this year including a trip to Weymouth, Blackpool and North Wales. Maternity Workwear Fashion with Boohoo

Maternity Workwear – Boohoo I have a distinct disliking for most maternity wear. I find it can be boring, expensive and full of stripes! Our Higgidy Picnic at Trentham Gardens, Staffordshire

Last week we decided to head outdoors to make the most of the last weekend of the Summer Holidays. We thought we’d head to Trentham Gardens in Staffordshire to do their fairy trail. Higgidy had kindly sent us some of their tasty treats to test out so thought this would be a great opportunity for a picnic on our day out. I was pleasantly surprised to discover their range was quite a lot more expansive than that with quiches, frittatas and even lots of vegan…

I have to admit I’m bit obsessed with buying books for Mini. I love to find new stories and adventures for her to read and learn from. When I heard about The Forgotten Forest and had the chance to review one of the very first copies, I definitely wanted to hear more. The Forgotten Forest is published by Oh Zoe and gives all children the opportunity to see themselves as the hero in the story.  The book is uniquely personalised to each child and has the most fantastic and diverse range of options I’ve ever seen in a book. You…

Summer Holiday Reading with E-Shores

As well as being a huge fan of holidays, I also really enjoy getting stuck into a good book. However, with a busy job and family life, I often struggle to find time to relax with a good book. We recently went on a family holiday to Fuerteventura and at 24 weeks pregnant, was looking forward to the opportunity to have some time to enjoy some holiday reading. E-Shores travel company, kindly send me a package with everything I’d need for a relaxing summer break. They have teamed up with lots of fantastic bloggers to help share recommendations for holiday…
